# Associate Project Manager

SRC, Inc. is currently seeking an Associate Project Manager. The selected candidate will serve as the functional lead for our team of Program Control Analysts supporting the LIDS program, providing day-to-day guidance, quality oversight, and workload coordination while assuming increasing program management responsibility across a portfolio of task orders spanning development, production, and sustainment. This is a functional team-lead role and does not carry direct personnel-management responsibility. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day guidance to the PCA team; help analysts work through tasking hurdles and identify a path forward. Serve as an onboarding resource for new hires, including facility introductions and coordination of required program training (e.g., EVM, program tools). Monitor and balance team workloads, adjusting assignments as program needs shift; assess training and development needs. Develop and maintain project schedules, WBS structures, and cost accounts; set up and manage cost processing (e.g., Cobra) and apply Earned Value Management techniques.
