This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge systems that directly support national security missions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCollaborate with cross-discipline engineering teams to support the development, integration, and testing of new EW, radar, and UAS products\nDevelop and execute automated unit, integration, and regression tests, ensuring system reliability and performance across multiple product lines\nSupport the creation and execution of manual integration and regression test procedures for complex system behaviors\nConduct engineering dry runs and perform formal customer testing, both on-site and at remote locations, validating system functionality and mission readiness\nAnalyze test data, perform trade studies, and prepare comprehensive technical reports and test briefings for engineering and customer stakeholders\nContribute to continuous improvement of test methodologies, automation frameworks, and integration workflows\nEnsure adherence to test documentation, system requirements, and engineering processes throughout project lifecycle\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or related technical field\n4+ years of experience in systems integration, system testing, or related engineering roles\nHands-on experience with test plans, test procedures, verification/validation activities, and integration workflows\nProficiency in Python or other scripting languages for test automation, data processing, or test framework development\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment, navigating complex technical challenges\nExperience with test automation software, tools, or frameworks\nWays to Stand Out\nExperience with radar systems, electronic warfare (EW), or related defense technologies\nKnowledge of Positioning, Navigation & Timing (PNT) concepts\nFamiliarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies\nExposure to development and workflow tools such as JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence, and SharePoint\nWhat Sets Us Apart?\nSRC, Inc., a not-for-profit research and development company, combines information, science, technology and ingenuity to solve “impossible” problems in the areas of defense, environment and intelligence.
