This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of scaffolding access projects within the high density residential and commercial sectors across the Metro region.\nThis role oversees project planning, execution, commercial performance, client engagement, and compliance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.\nThe role also provides operational support to regional business units in the South west.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the full 360 project lifecycle from tender/project award and handover to demobilisation and close-out \nLead project execution, coordinating with yard, logistics, site, and estimating teams. \nWork closely with the Contracts and Commercial teams to support accurate RCTI, progress claims, variations, EOTs, and delay claims. \nAttend site meetings, report on progress, and address client feedback in a timely and professional manner. \nLead and mentor supervisors, site coordinators, and labour teams to ensure efficient delivery \nThe successful applicant will ideally have:\nPrevious experience in a similar role \nAdvanced Scaffold HRWL \nExperience managing multiple residential/commercial projects concurrently \nDemonstrated leadership of operational teams and subcontractors \nStrong communication and people skills \nStrong computer and systems skills and knowledge\nStrong commitment to safety\nAbout Us:\nSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
