Following this initial assignment, the position will support projects across the wider Utilities portfolio.\nIn this role, you will play a key part in supporting the project, with a particular focus on the administration and compliance requirements associated with the NEC4 contract. Working closely with the project delivery team, you will be embedded within the project environment, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met and commercial processes are managed effectively. You will help identify commercial risks and recovery opportunities, maintain supporting records and progress contractual matters through assessment and resolution.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded contract administration professional who thrives in a project-based environment and enjoys working closely with delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdminister head contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.\nManage NEC4 contract administration, including notices, correspondence and registers.\nPreparation of and assistance with the assessment and management of variations, claims and extensions of time.Prepare, review and issue contractual notices and formal communications.\nIdentify contractual risks and opportunities, providing advice to the project team.\nSupport procurement activities, including RFQs, tender evaluations and subcontract awards.\nReview subcontractor progress claims, variations and contractual compliance.\nMonitor project costs, commitments, forecasts and monthly accruals.\nPrepare and contribute to client claims, commercial reporting and financial performance tracking.\nWork collaboratively with project managers, engineers and delivery teams to resolve commercial matters.\nBuild effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.\nPromote continuous improvement across contract administration and commercial processes.\nThe successful applicant will ideally have:\n5-10 years’ experience in a similar role\nIndustry experience in engineering/construction/water infrastructure-related projects\nAbility to work autonomously as part of a project team\nDemonstrated experience in head contract and subcontract administration\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nProven problem solving and analytical skills\nExcellent Computer software skills\nAbout Us:\nSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
