{"id":1573884,"url":"https://alion.io/job/srg-global-contract-administrator","title":"Contract Administrator","company":{"id":2061919,"name":"SRG Global","domain":"srgglobal.com.au","url":"https://alion.io/company/srgglobal","size_band":"1001-5000","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"SuccessFactors","truth_index":null},"role":"Legal","role_family":"Legal","seniority":"junior","employment_type":"contractor","work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":[],"countries":[],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":null,"experience_years_min":2,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Microsoft Office","optional":true}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-09-26T16:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-09-26","last_verified_at":"2026-10-02T12:29:18Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":6,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":6},"description":"The Role\nSRG Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our Utilities team supporting the McConnell Dowell SRG Global Utilities Joint Venture (MCD-SRG JV) in Adelaide.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join one of South Australia's largest water infrastructure programs, supporting the commercial delivery of multiple civil construction projects while developing your career with a leading engineering and infrastructure business.\nWorking closely with an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator and the wider project team, you will play an important role in the administration of contracts, procurement activities and commercial reporting.\nThis is primarily an office-based role with regular visits to project sites, providing exposure to both the commercial and operational aspects of project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with the administration of head contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.\nAssist with the preparation of subcontract agreements and contractual correspondence.\nTrack variations, claims and extensions of time under the guidance of senior team members.\nPreparation of monthly client claims and other reporting as required.\nAssist with procurement activities, including RFQs, subcontractor onboarding and supplier engagement.\nMaintain contract registers and ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date.\nProcessing of monthly subcontractor claims with guidance from project teams.\nAssist with processing of supplier invoices as required\nSupport invoice matching, cost coding and monthly accrual processes.\nLiaise with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial queries.\nWork closely with project engineers, the commercial team and site personnel to support project delivery.\nThe Successful Applicant Will Ideally Have\n2-3 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar commercial support role.\nIndustry experience within civil construction, utilities or infrastructure, with exposure to water projects highly desirable.\nExposure to subcontract administration, procurement and commercial project support.\nExcellent Microsoft Office skills.\nExperience using Workbench or similar software would be highly regarded.\nExcellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.\nA proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within a commercial team.\nAbout Us\nSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
