{"id":1573887,"url":"https://alion.io/job/srg-global-contracts-administrator","title":"Contracts Administrator","company":{"id":2061919,"name":"SRG Global","domain":"srgglobal.com.au","url":"https://alion.io/company/srgglobal","size_band":"1001-5000","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"SuccessFactors","truth_index":null},"role":"Legal","role_family":"Legal","seniority":"middle","employment_type":null,"work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":[],"countries":[],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":53000,"max_usd":158000,"period":"year","method":"global_role_cell_scaled_by_country","sample_n":1100},"experience_years_min":3,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Microsoft Office","optional":true}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-09-25T16:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-09-25","last_verified_at":"2026-10-06T21:18:01Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":11,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":11},"description":"The Role\nJoin our growing team as a Contracts Administrator and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our business operations, to be based in Adelaide, SA.\nMonday to Friday role with some site travel required, potentially interstate.\nWe are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to offer efficient and effective contract administration support to our Utilities division.\nWorking closely with the contracts team you will be responsible for end-to-end contract administration including coordinating all contract correspondence, administering cost controls and preparing cost reports, submitting invoices and progress claims, and following up on outstanding contract debtors.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLiaise with SRG Commercial to arrange Project Securities, complete Job Setup Requests (JSR), and establish job folders for project commencement.\nSupport the development of project budgets, cashflows, and pre-construction plans; aid in establishing project controls such as cost trackers and progress reports.\nEnsure that head contract and subcontract obligations are understood by the site team.\nMonitoring all contract deadlines and conditions\nPreparing monthly progress claims\nPreparing and tracking execution of contract change management;\nAssisting in drafting contractual correspondence with the client,\nCompiling all documents necessary for subcontracts and procurement;\nAdministration of all supplier and subcontractor contract requirements;\nPreparation and tracking of subcontract payment schedules including ledger entries\nEnsure that all subcontracts are executed, delivered and closed out, in accordance with Company commercial policies and guidelines.\nEnsuring timely delivery of all project deliverables;\nCompile and distribute Project Report Summaries, coordinate meeting minutes, and provide administrative and operational support to Contracts Administrators, Project Managers, and divisional leadership.\nThe successful applicant will ideally have:\n3-5 years’ experience in a similar role\nIndustry experience in engineering/bulk earthworks/water infrastructure-related projects (desirable)\nDemonstrated experience in contract and office administration\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nProven problem solving and analytical skills\nComputer software skills (Coins, Felix or Procore experience would be an advantage)\nExcellent Microsoft Office skills\nAbout Us:\nSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
