If you’re experienced, safety-conscious, and want to be part of a team that gets the job done right, we’d love to hear from you.\nResidential & FIFO Opportunities Available\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nSafely operating custom-built long reach Top Hammer drilling rigs. \nOperating DTH and depressurisation drilling equipment. \nCompleting depressurisation holes to the required depth, alignment and specification. \nCarrying out pre-start inspections and routine operator maintenance on drilling equipment. \nMonitoring drilling performance, ground conditions, pressures and equipment condition throughout drilling activities. \nIdentifying and reporting equipment faults, ground conditions or other hazards that may affect safe drilling operations. \nMaintaining accurate drilling records, including metres drilled, hole depths, locations and equipment hours. \nWorking closely with supervisors, geotechnical personnel and other site teams to ensure drilling activities are completed safely and efficiently. \nMaintaining a high standard of housekeeping around the drill and work area. \nComplying with all SRG Global and KCGM safety, environmental and operational requirements. \nWhat We're Looking For:\nPrevious experience in multiple drilling disciplines \nPrevious experience in Top Hammer Drilling (essential) \nDirectional Drilling experience (favorable) \nDTH Drilling experience (favorable) \nGood communication and organizational skills \nA positive attitude towards safety, training & environment. \nThe Successful Applicant Will Have:\nMine site experience \nPass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment \nCarry out a National Police Clearance \nHeavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence\nFirst Aid and CPR certificate \nWorking at Heights License \nTelehandler License (Favorable, not essential) \nStrong commitment to safety procedures and contributing to a strong team culture. \nAbout Us\nSRG Global Mining Services is a leading provider that offers an integrated range of complementary technical services to significantly improve safety and productivity on your mine site.\nSRG Global fully support and promote organic growth within our organisation.
