You will provide day-to-day HSE support, advice, training, mentoring, reporting, and systems maintenance for SRG Global’s site teams, while assisting the HSET Superintendent with WHS Management System rollout, project plans, and HSE programs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild strong relationships across site operations to embed SRG Global’s safety culture and systems.\nSupport WHS management plans and HSE objectives for the Asset Maintenance Business Unit.\nManage HSEQ data, reporting, compliance documentation, and corrective actions.\nPrepare and distribute HSE reports, presentations, and compliance documentation for internal and client requirements.\nCoordinate audits, inspections, training requirements, and competency records\nMaintain accurate records, tracking incidents, investigations, training, and HSE performance metrics.\nEnsure workforce and subcontractor compliance with training and mobilisation requirements.\nAssist with the development and rollout of online learning modules, training packages, and compliance resources.\nLiaise with site teams to ensure alignment with safety systems, legislative obligations, and client-specific requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement and act as a visible safety leader promoting zero harm.\nThe Successful Applicant Will Ideally Have:\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in an operational or HSE role\nExperience in industrial maintenance or shutdown environments (Highly Regarded)\nCurrent C Class Driver’s Licence (Mandatory)\nConstruction White Card (Mandatory)\nExperience in MyOSH and/or SafetyCulture (Desirable)\nCertificate IV in Work Health and Safety (Desirable)\nAbout Us\n\nSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
