You’ll have the opportunity to influence how we approach our tender pipeline, shape winning strategies and drive continuous improvement across our national tendering function.\nAbout the Role:\nReporting to the Head of Strategy and Growth, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end tender process nationally. You’ll work closely with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Methodology, Operations and senior leadership, ensuring technical, operational and commercial inputs are aligned to client requirements and evaluation criteria.\nWith oversight of the national tender pipeline, you will manage multiple concurrent submissions, coordinate resources and review processes, maintain submission quality and ensure key deadlines are met. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements to our tender processes, systems and ways of working as we continue to grow.\nThis is a highly collaborative role where your ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities and keep complex submissions moving will be critical to success.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the end-to-end tender process from opportunity identification and bid/no-bid through to submission.\nManage multiple concurrent tenders, coordinating timelines, resources, reviews and submission milestones.\nDevelop and refine win strategies aligned to client requirements and evaluation criteria.\nCoordinate input from estimating, engineering, methodology, operations and senior leadership.\nOversee tender content and quality to ensure submissions are compelling, cohesive and compliant.\nManage the national tender pipeline, including opportunities, deadlines, resources and outcomes.\nFacilitate internal review and approval processes, ensuring submissions are ready for senior sign-off.\nDrive continuous improvement across tender processes, systems and ways of working.\nThe successful applicant will ideally have:\nExtensive experience in tender or bid management within construction, engineering or infrastructure.\nStrong knowledge of construction, with experience in asset remediation highly regarded.\nExperience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction contractor.\nDemonstrated experience managing end-to-end tender processes and multiple concurrent submissions.\nStrong understanding of tender processes, bid strategy and submission requirements.\nStrong commercial and strategic focus, with excellent stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and tender portals.\nAbout Us\nSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
