You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional outcomes that align with SRG Global’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the construction industry.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTake charge of project management plans, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.\nOversee subcontractors and consultants, ensuring they meet contract requirements and deliver top-quality work.\nLiaising with design managers, engineers, suppliers, and external consultants to ensure smooth and effective communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nEnsure that every project is delivered on time and within budget by managing resources and coordinating subcontractors efficiently.\nCollaborate with managers to estimate and control costs, reporting monthly on the project’s financial status.\nManage subcontractor progress claims, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and addressing any variations.\nUphold safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.\nMaintain high-quality standards, ensuring work meets or exceeds client expectations while maintaining consistent communication with the client throughout the project.\nOversee post-construction activities, ensuring timely delivery of final reports and manuals.\nReview and advise on the design and construction of the project, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and timely delivery.\nAttend site inspections, consult with key stakeholders, and maintain thorough documentation.\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\n5+ years of experience in project management within Facades or similar projects.\nTertiary or trade qualifications (essential).\nDiploma in Project Management (desirable).\nExcellent communication and people skills, with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders and clients.\nStrong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and ensure projects are financially on track.\nAbility to lead a team, influence key stakeholders, and maintain strong working relationships.\nAbility to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities while working well under pressure.\nAbout Us\nSRG Global is an engineering-led global specialist asset services, mining services and construction group built to solve complex problems across the entire asset lifecycle.
