Project Manager will regularly liaise with relevant SRG personnel including site staff and senior management.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive and lead the award and execution of projects through planning/management, project controls and financial/commercial management\nAppropriate HSEQ plans are in place to manage workplace hazards and risks\nSupervises and directs site personnel to meet client requirements\nConfirm and communicate project deliverables, develop a scope management plan & manage applications of scope controls\nManage the interface between the engineering and maintenance teams to maintain compliance with the specifications, schedules, and contract\nIdentify key areas of variance from the estimate/cost plan\nConducts regular reviews of project budgets to ensure accurate revenue, cash flow and profit/loss forecasting\nIssue accurate and timely progress claims in accordance with the subcontract\nContributes to detailed monthly reports to the Divisional Manager\nDevelops project schedules to optimise manning levels and timely completion of contracted works\nThe successful applicant will ideally have:\nPrevious experience in delivering oil & gas projects\nMust hold a recognised engineering qualification (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)\nProven track record in project delivery, management, project budget management and cost control\nProven experience in managing subcontractors and project delivery teams\nDemonstrated proficiency in Procore and MS Project\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\nCurrent NZ driver’s license\nNew Zealand working rights\nWe Offer:\nIf you have experience in this area and are willing to contribute as part of a high-performance team, this is a perfect role for you!\nA permanent full-time position\nCompetitive renumeration (commensurate with experience)\nUp to 4% KiwiSaver contribution\nHealthcare insurance policy scheme\nHigh performing team\nA safe working environment\nCareer progression\nAbout Us\nSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
