{"id":1573910,"url":"https://alion.io/job/srg-global-resource-planner","title":"Resource Planner","company":{"id":2061919,"name":"SRG Global","domain":"srgglobal.com.au","url":"https://alion.io/company/srgglobal","size_band":"1001-5000","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"SuccessFactors","truth_index":null},"role":"Operations","role_family":"Operations","seniority":null,"employment_type":null,"work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":[],"countries":[],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":58000,"max_usd":149000,"period":"year","method":"role_country_seniority_unknown","sample_n":22},"experience_years_min":null,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-09-15T00:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-09-15","last_verified_at":"2026-10-05T00:26:05Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":20,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":20},"description":"The Role\nSRG Global is seeking an experienced Resource Planner to join our Asset Maintenance team, based from our new Wattleup office.\nThis role will play an important part in the transition of employees from Recruitment through to Mobilisation, ensuring our people are ready, compliant and available to meet operational requirements across our Southwest operations.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator looking to take the next step into a broader resource planning position.\nYou will work closely with Recruitment, Mobilisation, Operations and site teams to ensure the right people are available, compliant and ready to commence work when required.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate the transition of candidates from Recruitment through to Mobilisation and deployment\nWork closely with operations teams to understand upcoming labour requirements and resource needs\nPlan and coordinate workforce movements in line with operational requirements\nMonitor candidate and employee readiness, including medical, inductions, training, tickets and other compliance requirements\nMaintain accurate workforce and mobilisation records and provide regular updates to stakeholders\nIdentify potential mobilisation delays or resourcing gaps and proactively work with the relevant teams to resolve them\nMaintain workforce forecasts and assist with forward resource planning\nEnsure employees are appropriately allocated based on skills, competencies, availability and project requirements\nSupport reporting and workforce data to provide visibility of upcoming resource requirements\nBuild strong working relationships across Recruitment, HR, Mobilisation and Operations\nThe successful applicant will ideally have:\nPrevious experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, resource planning or recruitment coordination\nStrong understanding of the end-to-end mobilisation process\nExperience working within mining, resources, construction, maintenance or a similar operational environment\nExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities\nStrong attention to detail, particularly around compliance and employee readiness\nConfidence communicating with employees, candidates, recruitment teams and operational stakeholders\nAbility to identify issues early and proactively find solutions\nStrong computer and administration skills, with experience working with workforce management or mobilisation systems highly regarded\nThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment where operational requirements can change quickly\nAbout Us:\nSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
