You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are running safely and efficiently, maintaining visibility over project performance and taking action when issues arise.\nWorking closely with our site, yard, logistics, estimating and commercial teams, you’ll be the key link between our clients, project teams and the wider business.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the day-to-day delivery and overall performance of multiple scaffolding projects\nAct as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and addressing project requirements and issues as they arise\nCoordinate supervisors, scaffolders, subcontractors, yard and logistics teams to ensure effective project delivery\nMonitor project performance, productivity and commercial outcomes, identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions\nManage projects from award and mobilisation through to completion and close-out\nWork closely with Contracts and Commercial teams across progress claims, variations, EOTs and other contractual matters\nLead and support site teams, driving accountability, productivity and a strong safety culture\nAttend site and client meetings and provide clear reporting on project progress, performance, risks and key issues\nEnsure all works are delivered safely and in accordance with project, client and compliance requirements\nProvide operational support across the wider business as required\nThe successful applicant will ideally have:\nAdvanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)\nPrevious experience managing scaffolding projects, contracts or operations in the commercial, infrastructure and high-density residential sectors\nStrong understanding of scaffolding operations and the practical requirements of project delivery\nExperience managing multiple projects, direct labour and subcontractors\nDemonstrated ability to monitor project performance and drive improvements where projects are falling behind\nSound commercial understanding, including experience managing variations and client commercial discussions\nStrong leadership and people management skills, with the confidence to manage challenging situations when required\nStrong client relationship and communication skills\nA proactive approach to safety and the confidence to intervene when standards are not being met\nSound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and stock management systems\nCurrent Driver’s Licence\nAbout Us:\nSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
