Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities, documentation, reporting and site administration across multiple façade projects.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to the full project lifecycle, from planning and delivery through to project completion.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, registers and quality records.\nSupport Project Managers with project planning, reporting, scheduling and day-to-day coordination activities.\nLiaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.\nConduct site inspections and maintain accurate records of project progress and site activities.\nMonitor and maintain document control systems including Aconex, SharePoint and project filing structures.\nProcess timesheets, cost tracking, purchasing requests and project administration requirements.\nAssist with variations, progress claims, invoicing support and project reporting.\nCoordinate material deliveries, logistics activities and stock control where required.\nMaintain project records, warranties, handover documentation and as-built information.\nSupport the Facades team with general site administration and operational activities across active projects.\nThe successful applicant will ideally have:\nPrevious experience in a Site Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Construction Administration role.\nExposure to commercial construction, façade, engineering or building projects.\nStrong document control and project administration capabilities.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nExperience using construction management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint or similar platforms will be highly regarded.\nAbout Us\nSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
