Working closely with the Site and Project Managers you will lead site teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to effectively manage people, resources and client relationships.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities\nLead site safety initiatives and promote a strong Zero Harm culture\nAllocate and manage labour, plant, materials and subcontractors\nMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to management\nInterpret construction drawings and project documentation\nMaintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders\nCoordinate material orders, equipment and project resources\nAssist with project reporting, documentation and compliance requirements\nThe successful applicant will ideally have:\nPrevious experience in a similar role within the Facades space\nStrong leadership, organisational and communication skills\nProven ability to manage site teams and project resources\nSound understanding of HSEQ requirements and risk management\nStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office\nA proactive approach and commitment to delivering quality outcomes\nAbout Us\nSRG Global is an engineering-led global specialist asset services, mining services and construction group built to solve the complex problems across the entire asset lifecycle.
