client, an engineering and manufacturing company, is seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to join their team in Montague Gardens, Western Cape.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\n Provide first-line IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues, managing helpdesk tickets and keeping users updated\n\n Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, licensing, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot support\n\n Configure and prepare devices for new employees, maintain the IT asset register, and assist with hardware upgrades and replacements\n\n Support basic network and infrastructure tasks, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting, site checks, and escalation of more complex technical issues\n\n Assist with IT projects, upgrades and migrations while following security policies, maintaining documentation and reporting potential security risks\n\n Minimum Requirements: \n\n At least 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk, with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ and/or N+ advantageous\n\n Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive, and fundamental networking concepts\n\n Exposure to Active Directory/Azure AD and IT asset management tools such as Lansweeper\n\n Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills, with a proactive
