For almost 80 years, we have collaborated across technical and scientific disciplines to discover and develop groundbreaking products and technologies and bring innovations and ideas to the marketplace.\nResponsibilities\nProject Initiation:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, risks, and objectives.\nConduct cost-benefit analyses, including return on investment (ROI), to establish project feasibility.\nIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend opportunities for improvement.\nFacilitate discussions on solution alternatives and provide initial estimates for budgets, resources, and timelines.\nProject Planning:\nDevelop detailed project plans that encompass business objectives, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and milestones.\nAlign resources with project goals and ensure clear ownership of deliverables.\nEstablish accountability and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the planning phase.\nProject Execution:\nMonitor project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.\nManage risks proactively, resolve project issues, and implement contingency strategies.\nOversee team activities, prioritize responsibilities, and evaluate performance.\nTrack project progress, maintain accurate deliverable plans, and define key metrics.\nPrepare status reports, facilitate project meetings, and ensure open communication with stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with security and organizational standards through effective change management practices.\nProject Delivery:\nDevelop and implement training plans as needed to support project rollout.\nComplete project documentation, conduct post-project reviews, and validate achieved benefits.\nEstablish post-go-live support models, address rollout issues, and identify areas for ongoing improvement.\nReport variances from initial objectives and provide recommendations for future projects.\nContinuous Improvement:\nLead initiatives to improve processes and systems, driving long-term organizational value.\nUtilize methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma to identify efficiencies across business functions.\nDevelop SMART metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform decision-making.\nProvide leadership, training, and subject matter expertise in continuous improvement practices.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required.\n15 + years of project management experience, with at least 7 years in IT projects.\nCandidates must be a US Citizen\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.\nExperience in government contracting environments is highly desirable.\nDemonstrated success managing projects in one or more areas:Business Applications: FI, HCM, CRM, IPM, SRM\nIT Operations & Infrastructure: Email, servers, hardware, facilities\nInformation Security & Identity Access Management\n\nKey Competencies:\nAbility to lead diverse teams, foster strong relationships, and deliver impactful results.\nExpertise in risk management and leveraging lessons learned for continuous improvement.\nComfortable working across all levels of the organization and influencing key stakeholders.\nSelf-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.\nStrong customer service orientation and collaborative approach.\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nDeep understanding of business processes and their influence on operational efficiency and project success.\nProven ability to overcome challenges and achieve goals within scope, schedule, and budget.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nThe salary range is: $121.67/hr. Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles.
