The ideal candidate should have a strong customer-facing technical consulting background and hands-on experience across Google Workspace applications and administration.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Plan, execute, and support Google Workspace deployments and configurations for enterprise customers.\n\n- Work closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements and provide appropriate Google Workspace solutions.\n\n- Configure and manage Google Workspace applications, including :\n\ni. Gmail\n\nii. Google Calendar\n\niii. Google Drive and Editors\n\niv. Google Sites\n\nv. Google Chat\n\nvi. Google Meet\n\nvii. Mobile access\n\n- Support user provisioning, configuration, access management, and organizational policies.\n\n- Assist customers with migration, deployment, and adoption of Google Workspace services.\n\n- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Google Workspace applications, user access, security, and configurations.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations to customers.\n\n- Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to resolve complex customer issues.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, configuration guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.\n\n- Conduct customer walkthroughs, technical sessions, and training as required.\n\n- Ensure deployments follow Google Workspace best practices, security standards, and customer requirements.\n\n- Support post-deployment activities, optimization, and ongoing administration.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting or engineering role.\n\n- Hands-on experience in Google Workspace deployment, administration, and configuration.\n\n- Strong knowledge of :\n\ni. Gmail\n\nii. Google Calendar\n\niii. Google Drive and Google Editors\n\niv. Google Sites\n\nv. Google Chat\n\nvi. Google Meet\n\nvii.
