The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, excellent understanding of ITSM processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture requirements.\n\n- Lead ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and platform transformation initiatives.\n\n- Define technical architecture, integration patterns, data models, workflows, and application frameworks.\n\n- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical teams to understand requirements and provide architectural solutions.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow developers and implementation teams.\n\n- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.\n\n- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability standards.\n\n- Review technical designs, code, configurations, customizations, and deployment approaches.\n\n- Drive automation and optimization of IT service management processes.\n\n- Support platform governance, technical standards, architecture documentation, and roadmap development.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide recommendations for platform improvements.\n\n- Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases, features, applications, and industry best practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Technical Architect.\n\n- Extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.\n\n- Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.\n\n- Experience with ServiceNow application development, configuration, scripting, workflows, and Flow Designer.\n\n- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.\n\n- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party integrations.\n\n- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, roles, security, and platform architecture.\n\n- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade, implementation, customization, and migration projects.\n\n- Ability to create high-level and low-level technical architecture and solution design documents.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and
