Write, analyze, and optimize complex queries, indexes, and transactions to eliminate system bottlenecks.\nIntegration & Messaging: Implement asynchronous communications and event-driven patterns between microservices using message brokers.\n Code Quality & Mentorship: Champion clean code architectures (SOLID principles). Conduct thorough, constructive code reviews and mentor incoming junior engineers/interns on internal frameworks.\n Resilience & Testing: Maintain high test coverage by writing extensive unit, integration, and component tests. Participate in designing failover strategies (retries, circuit breakers).\nRequired Technical Skills\n Core Java Mastery: Strong expertise in Java (Java 11 or 17 preference), including deep familiarity with Functional Programming (Streams/Lambdas), Concurrency/Multi-threading, and Memory Management.\nSpring Ecosystem Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud (Eureka, Config Server, OpenFeign), Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA / Hibernate.\n Distributed Systems Foundations: Proven experience developing and maintaining production microservices.
