We do all we can to further the mission of our partners because their guests and the communities they serve, deserve it. \nTitle: Dishwasher \nReports to: Kitchen Manager(s) and Chef Team \nResponsibilities \nWash/clean dishes and kitchen equipment as they come through the dish pit. \nWork with kitchen team to ensure dishes and equipment are stored properly. \nMaintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. \nUphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures. \nPerform other tasks as deemed necessary. \nIDEA + Belonging \nPromote an inclusive & supportive approach within the Brand team, with networking continuing at all units. \nFocuses on removing barriers and empowering growth and opportunity for team members at all levels. \nLeads by example through Sustainability/Conservation efforts; displays knowledge of efforts in business application as well as giving adequate opportunity for teaching to unit staff as necessary. \nEngages with SSA/Unit in driving community effort through engagement activities and focus. On opportunities of giving back. \nJob Requirements \nMust be willing and able to work standing for long periods of time. \nExperience with fast-paced dish pit environment preferred. \nAbility to push through dishes and organize area as necessary to the business. \nExperience with MSDS knowledge and upholds active practice of cleanliness in the dish area while maintaining protocol for dish liquid use. \nResponsibly geared towards presenting a clean and welcome experience for guests through upholding sanitation requirements. \nPrevious Experience \nNone Required \nThis is by no means an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditions associated with this job description.
