We call it 452 Hospitality, the foundation of how we serve our partners and their communities.\nReports to: Environmental Services Manager\nResponsibilities \nPerform the steps of SSA EXTRA Guest Service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest and client.\nBuild, implement and drive operation systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, business needs, client and SSA expectations.\nAssumes an active role in preparing for each season, equipment needs and operational excellence.\nManage department financial forecasts, information flow and management, business processes and organization planning.\nOversee grounds training for all team members according to the onsite handbook and set expectations through your guidance.\nEnsure SSAfety training(s) completed with all team members upon hire.\nFulfill guest & client needs quickly and efficiently as well as resolve complaints effectively.\nPlan, assign, supervise and evaluate the work of grounds and janitorial employees.\nAssess building needs and make recommendations to appropriate management.\nProgressively document and discipline employees to promote better work performances compliant to the company policies and procedures.\nMaintain a clean, safe and organized work environment for all employees and guests.\nFacilitate the maintenance and repairs of facility and equipment.\nMaintains a close relationship with the client’s staff to ensure a positive working relationship.\nEnsure overall consistency and high quality across the various operations.\nProcess invoices and billings to office team to ensure smooth communication and payment.\nManage payroll and controllable profit within established guidelines. Meet payroll budget percent expectations by being strategic with coverage, on call shifts, etc.\nManage employees in accordance with State and Federal labor laws.\nSchedule appropriate staff levels in a accordance with budget and business forecast.\nPerform other tasks as deemed necessary.\nUphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures.\nResponsibly geared towards presenting a clean and welcome experience for guests through upholding sanitation requirements.\n\nJob Requirements \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to our client, General Manager and HQ personnel.\nProven leadership skills with an understanding of the importance of team building/development, while fostering partnerships.\nExceptional problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organized.\nDemonstrates financial management, cleanliness, analytical, planning and leadership skills.\nDemonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.\nComputer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions.\nPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (35lbs) as necessary to operation, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.\nAbility to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.\n\nIDEA + Belonging \nPromote an inclusive & supportive approach within the Brand team, with networking continuing at all units.\nFocuses on removing barriers and empowering growth and opportunity for team members at all levels.\nLeads by example through Sustainability/Conservation efforts; displays knowledge of efforts in business application as well as giving adequate opportunity for teaching to unit staff as necessary. \nEngages with SSA/Unit in driving community effort through engagement activities and focus.
