You may also view the full position description on the Agency intranet at the following link: PD Search\n\nServes as a recognized technical authority and expert in the Office of IT Programmatic Business Support (OITPBS) in the planning, analysis, requirements, testing and validation of programmatic, management information (MI) and administrative systems.\nDuties\n\n As an agency expert in an assigned area, provides technical support for the planning, system analysis, requirements, testing and validation activities for major programmatic, MI and administrative systems.\n\n Assumes full technical responsibility for the formulation, coordination and development of special studies, projects or research work regarding DIS systems requirements.\n\n Provides authoritative advice and services to key SSA management officials and others on unique or particularly complex systems problems and issues. These knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies are normally attained through the equivalent of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level of the position being filled.\n\nTo qualify at the GS-13 level, you must have specialized experience at the GS-12 level, or equivalent.
