You will work closely with colleagues across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and other key functions while supporting both local operations and SSAB's wider business objectives.\nMain Responsibilities\nManage and oversee all financial and administrative activities for the entities in UAE and Saudi Arabia. \nPrepare, analyze, and review financial statements, management accounts, variance reports, and financial analyses to support business decision-making. \nLead month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. \nManage accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. \nDrive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business performance and cost optimization. \nEnsure compliance with local legislation, tax requirements, internal controls, and SSAB policies. \nCoordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion of all required documentation and reporting. \nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve financial policies, processes, and controls. \nSupport management with financial insights, ad hoc analyses, and decision-making support. \nCollaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, banks, and local authorities. \nAbout you\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field. \nExperience in finance, accounting, controlling, or a similar role. \nGood understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial controls. \nExperience working with audits, tax reporting, or statutory compliance is considered an advantage. \nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail. \nAbility to investigate, understand and explain financial results and figures. \nA proactive and structured approach, combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. \nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and cultures. \nFluent in English.\nOur Offer\nWe offer a wide range of appreciated benefits to our employees.
