This position is responsible for managing inventory availability, replenishment planning, and stock control for assigned markets, while working closely with sales teams and regional/global supply chain stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to respond quickly to changing demand, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure accurate inventory data, optimized stock levels, and effective support for customer requirements.\nMain Responsibilities\nManage inventory planning, control, and availability for assigned countries/markets, ensuring optimal stock levels across the covered areas.\nCoordinate replenishment orders from Europe and the Americas to APAC, and follow up with Supply Chain teams in EMEA/US to secure delivery confirmations.\nMonitor demand, forecast changes, customer requirements, control slow and deah stock, obsolescence risks, and corporate directives to support timely inventory decisions.\nPartner closely with country sales teams and supply chain stakeholders to ensure accurate demand information and effective planning to meet customer needs.\nMaintain accurate inventory data in the system, conduct regular reviews of slow-moving and dead stock, and organize, coordinate, and reconcile the annual stock take.\nContribute to improvement and automation initiatives, provide backup support for regional logistics when needed, and undertake other duties or projects assigned by the line manager.\nAbout you\nUniversity degree or equivalent\nSolid understanding of inventory replenishment concepts\nExperience working in SAP Business One is preferred\nBasic Knowledge of Logistics such as freight, warehousing and domestic distribution is preferred \nAdvanced Excel skills is a must with eye for details\nWarm, mature personality and love to interact\nOur offer\nAt SSAB we strive for a diverse and inclusive environment.
