GenAI Developer / Engineer (Senior / Lead)

Job Description

• 6 - 14 years of overall software development experience with strong proficiency in Python

• 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering

• Experience with RAG architectures and Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or OpenSearch)

• Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI workflows and building autonomous/multi-agent solutions

• Working knowledge of LLM fundamentals: tokenization, context windows, cost/performance trade-offs, hallucinations, and bias/output validation

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google GenAI APIs

• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Nice to have: experience with document processing/summarization, LLM evaluation frameworks, or MLOps/LLMOps practices
