Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing and optimizing operations within our FinTech services division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial technology, and a proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
Job Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage a team of professionals, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned service lines, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, client services, and technology, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction.
* Manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and service quality.
* Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance, project status, and key initiatives.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
* Assist in the resolution of complex client issues and escalations.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the Loan servicing division.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in the financial services with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Proven experience in managing operational processes and teams.
* Strong understanding of financial technology concepts, platforms, and applications.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated project management abilities, with experience in agile methodologies a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with relevant FinTech software and tools is highly desirable.
