( It would be preferable\nTo be a girl )\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with planning, executing, and completing financial statement audits in accordance with applicable professional standards and firm methodology.\nDevelop an understanding of clients’ industries, operations, accounting systems, internal controls, and regulatory environments.\nPrepare clear, complete, and properly cross-referenced audit workpapers that document the procedures performed, evidence obtained, and conclusions reached.\nPerform audit procedures over the accounts.\nTrace selected transactions to invoices, contracts, bank statements, general ledger activity, and other supporting documentation.\nAssist with substantive testing, analytical procedures, cutoff testing, subsequent-events procedures, and financial statement tie-outs.\nIdentify missing support, inconsistencies, unusual transactions, and potential audit issues and communicate them promptly to the senior or manager.\nAssist with preparing client request lists, open-item lists, confirmation requests, and professional client correspondence.\nMonitor assigned work against engagement deadlines and communicate delays or challenges promptly.\nRecord time accurately and keep the audit binder current so that it reflects the work completed.\nDraft audit findings, recommendations, and client communications under the guidance of senior team members.\nMaintain compliance with firm policies, independence requirements, confidentiality standards, and quality-control procedures.\nParticipate in firm training and actively develop technical accounting, auditing, documentation, and professional communication skills.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.\nUnderstanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.\nInterest in developing knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.\nAbility to prepare clear documentation and follow audit instructions.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively and respond constructively to review comments.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nPrior audit, accounting, or internship experience is preferred but not
