Employee Relations\n· Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.\n· Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.\n· Assist in managing employee grievance resolution processes and disciplinary actions.\n4. Compliance and Policy Implementation\n· Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.\n· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.\n· Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.\n5. Training and Development\n· Identify training needs and organize training programs for employees and supervisors.\n· Support the implementation of leadership development and upskilling initiatives.\n· Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.\n6. Performance Management\n· Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating cycle documentation.\n· Provide guidance to managers on employee performance improvement plans.\n· Assist in developing performance metrics aligned with company objectives.\n7.
