Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions that drive innovation and business transformation.\nYou will collaborate with business stakeholders, AI engineers, data scientists, project managers, and technical teams to define architecture strategies, guide implementation, and ensure the successful adoption of AI technologies across complex enterprise environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign end-to-end architectures for AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.\nDevelop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and cloud-native services.\nLead architecture assessments, technical design workshops, and technology selection activities.\nTranslate business requirements and functional and non-functional needs into comprehensive technical architectures.\nEstablish architecture standards, governance frameworks, best practices, and reusable design patterns for AI solution delivery.\nEnsure compliance with security, scalability, performance, data governance, and Responsible AI requirements.\nProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance to AI engineering, data, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms to support innovation and strategic AI initiatives.\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align AI solutions with organizational goals.\nRequirements\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.\nMinimum 12 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.\nProven experience designing and delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions within enterprise environments.\nStrong understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including AI and data services.\nSolid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, microservices architecture, security, governance, and scalable system design.\nStrong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills, with experience engaging business and technology leaders.\nFluent English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and client engagements.\nWhat We
