scenarios, and test data.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing across multiple platforms.\nExecute manual test cases and log defects with clear steps, evidence, and priority in defect tracking tools\n(e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).\nCollaborate with developers and business analysts to reproduce, analyze, and resolve defects.\nEnsure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.\nParticipate in review sessions for requirements, test cases, and defects.\nProvide accurate testing status updates and contribute to test planning and estimation.\nSupport automation testing initiatives (e.g., Playwright, Cypress) when applicable.\nFollow defined QA processes, standards, and contribute to continuous improvement.\nValidate backend data using SQL queries to ensure data integrity.\nPerform published API testing (SOAP & REST) using tools like SoapUI and Postman\nRequirements\nRequirements\nQualification and Education Requirements:\nMaster's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any relevant IT Engineering\nISQTB Certifications are preferred.\nMinimum Experience/Skills Required:\n3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Control testing.\nStrong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).\nStrong knowledge in preparing and executing manual test cases.\nHands-on defect management and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).\nAbility to write and execute basic SQL queries for data validation.\nHands-on API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).\nHands-on automation testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress).\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional
