develop, and coordinate architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction details.\nPrepare, review, and approve architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with approved designs and project requirements.\nReview architectural design documents, technical specifications, and contract drawings to identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential design conflicts.\nCoordinate with structural, MEP, BIM, and other technical disciplines to identify and resolve clashes and ensure design consistency.\nEnsure architectural drawings comply with applicable building codes, authority requirements, project specifications, and established quality standards.\nReview and incorporate technical comments, RFIs, site observations, and approved design changes into drawings and documentation.\nProvide technical guidance and support to drafting and technical team members to ensure drawing accuracy and timely delivery.\nCoordinate with the Technical Manager and relevant stakeholders to resolve design discrepancies and recommend practical technical solutions.\nMonitor drawing revisions, document control, submission status, and approval records to maintain accurate project documentation.\nSupport the preparation and review of technical submissions, material-related drawings, construction details, and other architectural documentation as required.\nConduct technical reviews and quality checks before issuing drawings for approval or construction.\nCoordinate with site and project teams to address architectural technical queries and ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.\nPrepare and review final as-built documentation and architectural handover packages.\nIdentify opportunities to improve drawing coordination, technical workflows, and documentation quality.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.\n5+ years of relevant experience in architectural engineering, technical office, or architectural design coordination.\nProven experience in preparing and reviewing architectural shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction details.\nAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD and good working knowledge of Revit.\nStrong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, building materials, and detailing.\nExperience coordinating architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and BIM disciplines.\nGood knowledge of applicable building codes, technical standards, project specifications, and authority requirements.\nExperience reviewing technical drawings, identifying discrepancies, and resolving design coordination issues.\nFamiliarity with RFIs, technical submissions, drawing revision control, and project handover documentation.\nStrong analytical, technical review, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nEffective communication and coordination skills when working with technical teams and project
