development and programmatic framework\nDefinition and justification of S/S architecture, from concept to detailed design phase\nDefinition and control of S/S technical interfaces, internal and external\nDefinition and control of system technical budget and margins\nTechnical management of Mission Planning, Flight Dynamics, Satellite Control Center, Ground Stations, User Ground Segment\nTechnical management of subsystems design activities down to component level\nCompetence in communication network protocols, data transfer methods, cloud-based systems\nRequisitos\nMaster’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or comparable degree\nProfessional experience of at least ten years in Ground Segment (G/S) engineering projects for space systems, in Phase C/D as mandatory\nProfessional experience of at least five years in definition and design of S/S for EO systems for institutional and/or commercial customers\nStrong competences in design and development of EO space\nExperience in the definition, management and traceability of requirements structure with the support of DOORS\nUse of simulation and computing tools for the definition of G/S performances, e.g. STK, Python, MATLAB\nProven capability to define G/S design throughout the support of model-based methods, techniques and tools (e.g. SysML, UML)\nSound knowledge of ground system engineering processes, and ground system and software life cycles\nSound knowledge of relevant ECSS standards\nExcellent conceptual and analytical skills\nAbility to devise creative solutions and think out of the box\nProven heritage and attitude for problem solving and project team management\nHigh level of flexibility, willingness to work in international teams and ability to keep tight schedules\nHigh motivation, proactive working approach and strong sense of responsibility\nExcellent communication, presentation and documentation skills\nFluency in both spoken and written (Business) English,
