We are looking for a dedicated professional who shares our core values of Customer passion, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Courage\nSSC Space Italy is seeking for its client's Satellites Business Unit in Milano or Torino\nResponsabilidades\nCollaborate with system engineer (project responsible) for mechanical design requirement definition and discussion\nCollaborate with electrical and electronic engineer to define the input for mechanical design\nCollaborate with thermal and structural engineers to accommodate complex systems\nCreate 3D designs for space equipment\nCreate 2D manufacturing and technical assembly and ICD drawings, as well as project-level documentation\nOptimize equipment mechanical design to improve performance and reliability\nPerform fast-prototypes for quick validation of design\nSpecify, select, and acquire necessary components required for mechanical designs\nManage part lists and libraries including standard mechanical and electrical components\nRequisitos\nBachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field\nExperience in 3D and 2D modelling (experience with NX software is a plus)\nExperience with NX’s PCB Exchange design is a plus\nExperience in both thermal & structural design (is an advantage)\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in the mechanical design of mechanical/structural systems (in space field is a plus)\nExperience in understanding of materials (metallic and composite), coatings, and adhesives\nFluent in English\nExperience gathering technical requirements and developing technical specifications and documentations\nExperience in relationships with Customers and with Subcontractors and Suppliers during his/her past work\nSystem-oriented thinking and vision\nAwareness and sensitivity for cost and schedule impacts\nSoft skills driving for the position are:ability to establish an effective relationship within the team;\nability to work in a fast-paced environment;\ncreative thinking ability applied to engineering (concepts and solutions) and in approaching problem-solving during the project development;
