You’ll provide leadership, encouragement, and direction to the teams, ensuring that their work aligns with business objectives. At the same time, you’ll help maintain high technical standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.\nYou will be reporting to the Global Software Engineering Manager and be part of a leadership team together with other Software Engineering managers, Product owners and Architects.\nResponsibilities\nExamples of responsibilities:\nRecruiting and onboarding new engineering talent and supporting their integration into the team. Providing training, coaching, and mentorship to help team members develop their skills and advance in their careers.\nFostering a positive team culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and trust, creating an environment where team members feel empowered and motivated.\nSupporting and coaching teams in Agile methodologies, helping them to adopt best practices and continually improve their workflows.\nProviding technical guidance and expertise to the engineering teams.
