Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.\nYou will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.\nHow You Will Make an Impact\nOversee daily fund administration operations including processing investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and maintaining accurate investor records. \nEnsure compliance with AML and due-diligence requirements by reviewing documentation, resolving issues, and supporting adherence to regulatory standards. \nManage investor reporting and communications, ensuring timely delivery of statements, notices, and responses to investor or client inquiries. \n Lead and support a team of technical and professional staff, providing direction, allocating workload, and offering guidance on complex or escalated matters. \nResolve operational and investor-related escalations, working hands-on with the team to troubleshoot issues and maintain service quality. \nImplement and reinforce company policies and procedures, ensuring team adherence and consistency across processing and communication. \nRequired Experience\nMaster’s degree, Bachelor degree or High school diploma with 5 years of related experience. \nExperience in Fund Administration or Investor Services. Several years of hands-on experience working with hedge funds, private equity funds, or alternative investment clients, with solid understanding of investor transactions and reporting. \nKnowledge of AML/KYC and Regulatory Requirements. Strong working knowledge of anti-money laundering rules, investor due diligence processes, and applicable financial regulations. \nLeadership and Team Management Skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support a team of technical or professional staff, including handling escalations and guiding daily workflows. \nAnalytical and Problem-Solving Ability. Proven capability to resolve complex operational issues, interpret data or documentation, and make sound decisions within established policies. \nStrong Communication and Client Interaction Skills.
