You will be accurately delivering high-quality service both internally and externally by incorporating experience and industry knowledge in the daily workflow.\nYour Key Responsibilities will include:\nAssume responsibility for the efficient day to day running of the group acting as a source of technical expertise.\nParticipate in data review, including but not limited to checking and sign-off during control process.\nEnsure awareness of and adherence to the key TA controls at all times.\nMake sure that procedures, policies and processes are consistent to so that a high-quality service is delivered to the customer.\nImplement, adhere and follow up on the SS&C ASL Oversight Model for all operational activities outsourced by SS&C ASL.\nCommunicate relevant information as appropriate up and down the line and escalate where necessary.\nAttend and contribute to operational, risk and audit meetings as required, and actively contribute to TA-wide projects and focus groups, ensuring open communication.\nWork closely with the other departments within SS&C ASL.\nImprove current processes to meet the changing requirements of our clients and improve efficiency.\nWhat You Will Bring\n 5 - 7 years’ experience of analysing and evaluating complex data. Transfer Agency experience/ detailed understanding of procedures and technical product requirements. \nGood working knowledge of MS Office suite, especially an advanced level of Excel. \nAdministrative and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure. \nA clear and analytical methodical approach to problem-solving. \nHigh organization skills for oneself and others and a willingness to assume additional tasks to share workload within team/department.\nMotivated to meet tight deadlines with initiative and team-oriented spirit. \nExcellent communication skills - Fluent in English both written and oral. \nOther European Languages (French, German, Spanish and/or Dutch) considered as an advantage. \nWe encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
