INVESTOR SERVICES\nShift: Afternoon\nOffice Location - Mumbai - Airoli/ Goregaon\nDO: (Job Description)\nEnsure effective On-the-job as well as Cross trainings to ensure adequate conceptual understanding within the team\nCoordination / Liaison with other departments & global leadership\nDesign and implement all required controls\nDesign and implement a robust MIS systems\nManage international client relationships\nSpearhead Innovation and drive complex projects, participate in UATs\nManage key transitions effectively within agreed timeframes\nImprove client survey controls for clients operating on Full Service Model \nGive effective leadership for smooth functioning of the process and strategic leadership for consistent improvement\nDisplay: (Desired Skills)\n· Management graduate or Equivalent preferred.\n· Good Communication skills\n· Analytical approach towards the process flow\n· Relevant experience in Investor Services/ transfer agency\n· Ability to manage large -
