industries.\n\nWhat You Will Get to Do:\n\nThe Senior Business Analyst Digital is a senior individual contributor who leads business analysis across our digital portfolio, spanning web, mobile, and back-end integrations.\n\nPartnering with product owners, engineering, design and business stakeholders, this role owns complex requirements end-to-end and uplifts BA practice across the digital team.\n\n- Lead requirements discovery and analysis for large or complex digital initiatives, from problem framing through to post-release measurement.\n\n- Translate business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and journey maps that guide digital design, development and testing.\n\n- Shape requirements for customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile, ensuring solutions meet business goals and user needs.\n\n- Define requirements for API-driven integrations between digital channels and back-end services, and review API contracts to confirm alignment with business and user needs.\n\n- Partner with product owners, UX/UI and engineering leads to shape solutions, challenge scope, and ensure decisions are informed by data, user insight and technical feasibility.\n\n- Support test planning, defect triage and UAT coordination for major digital releases.\n\n- Use digital data and analytics (usage, funnel, conversion, performance) to inform prioritisation and measure release impact.\n\n- Understand and meet the compliance obligations of the role, and raise any risk or compliance concerns to management.\n\nWhat You Will Bring:\n\n- Tertiary qualification in business, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.\n\n- 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record delivering complex digital initiatives.\n\n- Demonstrated experience leading BA work on digital programs across web and mobile channels.\n\n- Working knowledge of digital privacy, security and accessibility considerations, and how they shape requirements and design.\n\n- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and drive them to a clear solution.\n\n- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and senior non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Experience working in agile delivery environments alongside product, design and engineering teams.\n\n- Financial services, wealth, superannuation or digital experience is highly desirable.\n\n- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and the Microsoft Office suite.\n\nUnless explicitly
