This position involves bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring seamless operations within our SS&C Administration Services Australia environment. You will work within SS&C’s Platform Support team to triage, prioritise and resolve issues and improvements to a successful conclusion.\nProvide first-line support to Administration for platform-related issues, resolving technical problems promptly and efficiently.\nAssist users with platform navigation, functionality, and troubleshooting.\nLog, track, and resolve defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.\nWork closely with our Production Support, Managed Services teams to support platform-related projects and initiatives.\nCollaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly\nProvide advanced system support, addressing complex issues and inquiries\nConduct and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions fulfil all requirements\nUndertake testing of releases when required\nEngage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit comprehensive requirements.\nConduct in-depth analyses of business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.\nPrioritise and document requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.\nFoster effective communication between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership in implementing changes and updates seamlessly.\nCreate comprehensive documentation for requirements, system configurations, and support processes.\nEncourage a knowledge-sharing culture within the team, ensuring documentation is current and accessible\nDocumenting test steps and activities\nEvaluate existing business processes and systems to formulate strategic optimisation plans.\nPropose and implement solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.\nEnsure all platform activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.\nWhat You Will Bring:\n2+ years of business analysis or equivalent experience.\n Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills across all levels.\nSkilled in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions across stakeholder groups.\nExperiencing verifying business and system solutions to ensure they deliver value and maintain high service quality.\nStrong ability to collaborate and prioritise client needs while effectively solving problems and working as part of a team.\nAdaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, changing environments.\nOperational experience in superannuation, investment, or insurance services [desirable]\nExperience working in large financial service organisations (i.e., superannuation, investments, insurance) [desirable]\nRG146 (Superannuation) compliance [desirable]\nUnderstanding of SQL [desirable]\nWe encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
