Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout project engagements.\nGather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.\nConfigure and administer Salesforce, including automation, security, reporting, dashboards, and user access.\nPartner with stakeholders to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency.\nManage platform enhancements, releases, and change management activities.\nCoordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.\nLead data migration, validation, and reconciliation efforts.\nCollaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and solution delivery.\nCreate and maintain project documentation, training materials, and status reports.\nDeliver user training and support adoption initiatives.\nMonitor platform performance, user adoption, and data quality.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and business value.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.\nProactively identify and mitigate project risks.\nRecommend improvements to implementation methodologies and platform governance.\nWhat You Will Bring:\nProven experience leading Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.\nHands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and platform functionality.\nExperience gathering and translating business requirements into effective solutions.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nExperience facilitating workshops, status meetings, and executive communications.\nKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.\nExperience with data migration, data governance, and system integrations.\nFamiliarity with ETL tools, SQL, APIs, and integration technologies is an asset.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nExperience within financial services, wealth management, asset management, fintech, or related industries is an asset.\nSalesforce certifications are strongly preferred.\nPMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications are an asset.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3-5+ years of Salesforce administration, implementation consulting, project management, or related client-facing technology experience.\nSalesforce Administrator Certification.\nExperience with Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and third-party migration tools.\nExperience with Financial Services Cloud and wealth management platforms.\nKnowledge of CRM governance, release management, and change control processes.\nExperience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms within a regulated industry.\nSalesforce Administrator Certification.\nExperience with Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and third-party migration tools.\nExperience with Financial Services Cloud and wealth management platforms.\nKnowledge of CRM governance, release management, and change control processes.\nExperience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and client implementations in a regulated industry environment.\nWe encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
