Geneva Consultant

Locations: NY, NJ, FL (Remote/Hybrid)

About the Role

SS&C Advent delivers financial technology solutions and services to financial services clients in the asset management, wealth management, and alternative investment space around the globe.

The Consultant will support SS&C Advent's Geneva enterprise portfolio accounting application. Blending financial industry knowledge with technology skills while implementing and upgrading Geneva. This role will gain exposure tomultiple client environments. Upgrades providea unique opportunity to learnthe latest and greatest features bundled with Geneva releases.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, designand configure products, automate optimized workflow

• Manage time to deliver critical components and maximize client satisfaction

• Prepare system and data transition plans, and complete migration involving historical data take-on.

• Execute implementation tasks, collaborate and communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead hands-on training sessions, troubleshoot issues, technicalsupport during go-live events.

• Develop custom reports, conversion tools, and system integration mappings

• Deliver high-quality consulting services as part of implementation projects, build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

• Needto work independently and in a team, with flexibility to travel and adapt to changing work hours.

Required Experience

• Bachelor'sor Master'sdegree in a related field (finance, accounting) is required.

• 9+ years of client experience in the financial services industry is required.

• Solid working knowledge of asset management and client back officeworkflow and operations are required.

• Familiarity with the general ledger is required.

• Working knowledge of Advent’s Geneva or expertisewith similar applications is required.

• Strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills.

• Ability to effectively and efficiently manage time to maximize productivity.

• Ability to learn quickly and independently by gathering information from a variety of sources to acquirethe knowledge needed to complete assigned tasks.

• Strong communicationskills. The ability to present information to both technical and nontechnical individuals.

• Ability to be self-directed and work independently.

• Ability to travel up to 50% of time.

New York: The expected base salary for the position is between 140,000 USD to 175,000 USD. Other States expected base salary for the position is between 145,000 USD to 170,000 USD.In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
