You will work at the forefront of AI-assisted engineering, helping establish new practices, platforms, and automation capabilities that modernize how software is delivered and supported.\nWhat You'll Do\nYou will partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and technology leaders to identify opportunities where AI can drive meaningful productivity gains and improve software quality.\nUsing tools such as Claude Code and other AI-assisted development technologies, you will design and implement practical solutions that reduce manual effort, automate repetitive tasks, accelerate delivery, and enhance engineering outcomes.\nYou will also help us evolve from traditional Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices toward an Agentic Application Development Lifecycle (ADLC), introducing intelligent automation and AI agents that support planning, development, testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and operational support.\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou are a highly experienced software engineer with 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Java and Python and a passion for leveraging AI to solve real engineering challenges.\nYou have practical experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code and understand how Agentic AI can be applied to improve productivity, software quality, and operational efficiency. You enjoy building new capabilities, influencing engineering practices, and working collaboratively across teams to drive innovation and measurable business value.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement Agentic-enabled workflows that improve developer productivity and software quality.\nLeverage Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate project deliverables from requirement analysis till Production activities.\nApply AI-assisted approaches throughout the application development lifecycle while maintaining engineering quality standards.\nContribute to the evolution of software delivery processes from traditional SDLC approaches toward Agentic-driven Application Development Lifecycle (ADLC) models.\nImplement AI agents and automation capabilities that support:Planning\nDevelopment\nTesting\nReview\nIntegration\nDeployment\nOperational support\n\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual effort and repetitive engineering tasks through AI-driven automation.\nSupport production applications and assist with troubleshooting complex technical issues.\nUse AI-assisted techniques to accelerate root cause analysis and incident resolution.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge artifacts.\nCollaborate with operations and support teams to improve application stability and operational efficiency.\nWork closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and Developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nContribute to technical design discussions and implementation planning.\nPromote best practices for AI-assisted software development and engineering excellence.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nExperience\n10+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java and Python.\nProven experience designing and delivering enterprise software applications.\nProven experience transforming software delivery from traditional SDLC methodologies to autonomous Agentic-driven Application Development Lifecycle (ADLC) platforms, leveraging AI agents to automate planning, implementation, testing, review, integration, and delivery.\nExperience implementing AI-assisted development capabilities within software engineering teams.\nStrong background in solution design, software development, testing, and production support.\nTechnical Expertise\nHands-on experience with:Claude Code\nGitHub Copilot\n\nPractical experience applying AI to:Software design\nDevelopment\nCode review\nTesting\nDocumentation\nTroubleshooting\n\nUnderstanding of:Prompt engineering\nRAG concepts\nAI agents\nContext management strategies\nAI evaluation and validation techniques\n\nStrong proficiency in programming languages Java and Python and software development frameworks.\nExperience with:Microservices\nEvent-driven architectures\nDatabase design
