You will also be managing the intake of change requests, ensuring high-level estimates are delivered within agreed service levels.\nHere are some of the Key Responsibilities:\nManage and take ownership of a portfolio of client projects and change initiatives across EMEA.\nDevelop realistic delivery plans that consider client and change team capacity, vendor readiness and operational support requirements.\nDefine, agree and manage project scope based on sponsor, client and stakeholder requirements.\nEstablish and manage project plans, milestones and delivery timelines. \nDevelop and maintain RACI matrices, ensuring stakeholder roles are clearly defined.\nProactively identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation actions.\nProduce clear and concise project status reporting for stakeholders, sponsors and senior executives.\nUse appropriate AI and technology tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of work output.\nTrack, manage and report project budgets, including estimates versus actual expenditure.\nCoordinate training, testing and implementation activities, including runbooks.\nPrepare Model Office and Dress Rehearsal documentation and co-ordinate execution.\nRepresent the Change function at relevant client service reviews and other client forums.\nMentor and support other Project Managers, providing guidance and promoting consistent project-management standards.\nWhat You Will Bring:\n5 to 10 years' experience in project management or similar function within financial services.\nStrong experience in Transfer Agency and/or technology-led change would be advantageous.\nDemonstrable experience managing complex projects from initiation through to successful implementation.\nStrong client and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple teams, functions and locations.\nExcellent presentation and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to negotiate, influence and support decision-making at senior and executive level.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring stakeholders with differing priorities and perspectives to an agreed outcome.\nProven experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapting effectively.\nExperience leading programme/project meetings, governance forums and Steering Committees.\nExperience managing, tracking and reporting project budgets.\nStrong technology skills, including the effective use of AI tools to support project management.\nWe encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
