What You Will Get to Do:

Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Nest.js, Node.js, and Angular.
• Build reusable frontend components and responsive user experiences aligned with enterprise UX standards.
• Develop backend microservices and APIs supporting high-volume financial workloads.

AI Solution Development

• Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable platforms) into production applications.
• Develop intelligent assistants, copilots, workflow automation tools, and conversational experiences.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, and SS&C AI governance best practices.
• Build semantic search capabilities leveraging embeddings, metadata filtering, and hybrid search techniques.
• Improve response quality through continuous tuning, evaluation, and monitoring.

Enterprise API and Integration Development

• Develop secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and event-driven integrations.
• Design scalable microservices architecture patterns.

Agentic AI Solutions

• Develop agent-based workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and third-party financial platforms.
• Design multi-step workflows capable of performing complex business operations.

Security, Compliance, and Governance

• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SSO technologies.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security and compliance standards.
• Support compliance requirements related to SOC 2, SOX, GDPR, and financial regulatory frameworks where applicable.
• Apply responsible AI practices, data privacy controls, and model governance standards.

Cloud and DevOps

• Deploy and manage workloads on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Monitor application performance, AI costs, reliability, and operational metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and engineering standards.

What You Will Bring:

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and Python.
• Frontend Development: Angular, Micro Frontends, and modern frontend architecture.
• Backend Development: Node.js, Nest.js, Java (Spring and JPA frameworks), FastAPI, or equivalent frameworks.
• System Architecture: REST API/microservices, large-scale data processing frameworks, event-driven architecture using Kafka/Pulsar, and Spark
• Data Platforms: ELT/ETL , Relational/NoSQL DBMS, Vector databases, and cloud data platform integrations (dbt, Dagster, Airbyte, Snowflake).
• DevOps: CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure containerization using GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCd, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Monitoring and observability: Distributed systems tracing and metrics logging using Splunk, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus (or similar)
• AI Stack: Claude Code, GraphRAG/Advanced RAG, Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangChain/LangGraph, pgvector/Pinecone, DeepEval/Ragas/Arize Phoenix, and LangSmith/Langfuse (or equivalent tooling).

Experience :

• 5+ years of software engineering experience spanning frontend and backend development.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered applications in production environments.
• Experience building enterprise-grade solutions supporting critical business processes.

• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, alternative asset management or FinTech industries
• Experience in data pipelines and Data Lakehouse designs to process and extract value from large, disconnected datasets
