What You Will Get To Do:
- Coaching, feedback & development of Associates.
- Associate observations (coaching, monitoring).
- Absence management.
- Objective reviews.
- Performance management of Associates and Techs.
- 1:1's - Associates and Techs.
- To ensure all regulatory training is completed within timescales for self, Team and Team Leaders.
