Working at the heart of the project team, you'll coordinate complex interfaces across multiple contractors, disciplines and stakeholders, helping to ensure safe, efficient and successful project delivery.\nAs part of SSEN Transmission's growing investment programme, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that are critical to delivering the UK's net zero ambitions, whilst developing your career within one of the largest infrastructure investment programmes in the country. The scale of our portfolio continues to grow, creating exciting opportunities for development and progression.\nYou will\nCoordinate the delivery of activities across multiple contract and design workstreams, ensuring key interfaces are identified, managed and communicated effectively throughout the project lifecycle.\nTake ownership of the project's interface management arrangements, working closely with contractors, designers and stakeholders to maintain alignment and support successful delivery.\nProactively identify and resolve interface issues that could impact programme, cost, safety or quality, supporting timely decision-making and minimising project risk.\nSupport the management and reporting of project risks and opportunities, working collaboratively with project teams to develop practical mitigation measures.\nContribute to project governance activities and support the successful delivery of a nationally significant infrastructure project that will help strengthen Scotland's electricity network.\nYou have\nExperience delivering complex engineering, construction, utilities or infrastructure projects, including coordinating activities across multiple contractors, stakeholders or work packages.\nA strong understanding of health and safety legislation and project delivery within a regulated environment, including knowledge of CDM Regulations. A project management qualification would be advantageous.\nExperience identifying and managing project risks, resolving interface challenges and supporting the successful delivery of projects to programme and budget.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.\nAn understanding of project controls, contract management and integrated delivery program\nAbout SSE\nSSE’s purpose is to provide energy needed today while building a better world of energy for tomorrow.
