Over two years, you'll gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful projects and build the skills needed for a long-term career in IT. You'll join a specialist pathway and develop expertise in one of the following areas:\n- AI, Data & Digital\n- Cyber Security\n- IT & Operational Technology\n- Automation, Analytics & Data Governance\nAlongside real project experience, you'll benefit from mentoring, structured development opportunities and support from experienced colleagues across SSE.\nFollowing successful completion of the programme, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a permanent specialist role, helping to develop and deliver the technology solutions that support SSE's business and future ambitions. Recent graduate destinations have included specialist roles in AI, digital, cyber defence, operational technology, analytics and IT/OT engineering.\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou'll have a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or another relevant STEM-related discipline.\nWe're looking for graduates who are excited by the opportunity to develop specialist expertise in technology while helping shape the future of energy.
