SaaS experience preferred.\nProven track record in healthcare or shift-based industries (hospitality, airlines, retail, logistics).\nUnderstanding of shift scheduling complexities, compliance, and workforce management.\nHands-on experience in scheduling roles (supervisor, workforce planner) preferred.\nExperience with healthcare systems in UAE, UK, or US is advantageous.\nKnowledge of data integrations (APIs, HL7, file transfers) and analytics validation.\nBachelor’s degree required;
