experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalytics & Reporting\nPrepare, validate, and organize data to support analytical projects and reporting requirements.\nDevelop recurring and ad hoc reports based on defined business requirements.\nSupport operational reporting processes and analytical initiatives.\nPerform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nDocument business rules, metric definitions, reporting logic, and data requirements.\nDashboard & Visualization Development\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards using approved visualization platforms.\nTranslate business requirements, mockups, and metric definitions into production-ready dashboards.\nImplement dashboard enhancements and updates based on stakeholder feedback.\nUtilize existing templates, design standards, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and accelerate delivery.\nEnsure dashboards provide a clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experience.\nCollaboration & Delivery\nCollaborate closely with onshore data scientists, analysts, and business intelligence leads to execute prioritized deliverables.\nParticipate in requirements discussions, sprint ceremonies, reviews, and stakeholder sessions.\nCommunicate project progress, issues, risks, and dependencies in a timely manner.\nDeliver high-quality analytical outputs within agreed timelines.\nWork effectively across time zones to maintain seamless collaboration with onshore teams.\nStandards & Governance\nEnsure dashboards and reporting assets comply with established standards for:Visual design and branding\nData quality and accuracy\nNavigation and usability\nDashboard functionality\nDocumentation and governance\n\nFollow established development, testing, and deployment processes.\nContribute to reusable dashboard components, reporting assets, and templates to improve delivery efficiency and consistency.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or dashboard development.\nStrong proficiency in SQL with experience working with large datasets.\nExperience with dashboard and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.\nBasic or working knowledge of Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to independently execute well-defined requirements while following established standards and processes.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting enterprise-level Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence teams.\nFamiliarity with statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.\nExperience with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\nFamiliarity with dashboard design systems, semantic models, and reporting governance
